Acceptable Use
What is permitted, and what is not, when sending traffic through PWEZA.

Consent
Only send messages to recipients who have a relationship with you or who have consented to receive them. Honour opt-out requests promptly.
Prohibited content
Do not send content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.
Do not use the platform for phishing, impersonation, malware distribution, or to circumvent security controls of any system.
Sender identity
Sender identities must accurately represent your organization. Do not use a sender ID you are not authorised to use.
Traffic integrity
Do not attempt to inflate traffic artificially, route grey traffic, or bypass agreed commercial or technical arrangements.
Enforcement
We may throttle, suspend or terminate traffic that breaches this policy, applicable law or the requirements of the networks and providers that carry your messages.
