Agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and DigiStorm (T) Limited, which operates the PWEZA platform. By creating an account or using the services, you accept them.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping credentials and API keys secure, and for activity carried out under your account.
Acceptable use
Use of the platform is subject to our Acceptable Use policy. We may suspend traffic that breaches that policy or applicable law.
Service availability
We work to keep the platform available and performing well. Where a specific service level is agreed for your account, it will be set out in writing in your service agreement.
Fees
Charges, billing cycles and payment terms are set out in your commercial agreement or order form.
Regulated services
Certain services, including payment functionality, are subject to applicable regulatory and licensing requirements and may not be available in every market.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to account holders before they take effect.
